Individuals who have gained this certification have demonstrated competencies across multiple security industry segments based on cognitive skills and industry knowledge of trends and developments in adult learning principles and delivery.
Individuals who possess this designation are recognized by their career achievements. The IFPO researched the need for such a designation and implemented it to 'raise the bar' of instructional abilities. This will positively impact the security industry.
Not only do candidates complete a comprehensive application process, but they must also provide validation of each achievement. A face-to-face interview is required once the MSI Committee reviews the application, if deemed appropriate. (Zoom) Two members of the MSI Committee conducted this interview.
The candidate will be awarded this credential if all components and elements meet the standard.
